EX_TEMPFAIL if user is unknown

Hi,

we are running amavisd 0.1 on Linux 2.4.18 with Sendmail 8.12.9.
If a mail is addressed to an unknown user, the mail gets stuck in the
queue and the sender receives bounces as long as the mail is not removed
from the queue.

With the attached patch applied, amavis returns 0 (EX_OK) in the case
that sendmail returned 67 (EX_NOUSER - addressee unknown) or 68
(EX_NOHOST - host name unknown).
The bounce is delivered to the sender anyway, but the mail is removed
from the queue.
