How do you compile with ISAPNP support? I thought it was ./configure --with-isapnp=yes This seems to set the symbol in Makefile.conf, but then the "gcc" lines do not do -D__ISAPNP__. I cannot find anywhere where this should go, so I've something to Makefile.conf.in. It used to say: CC=@CC@ $(CFLAGS) $(CPPFLAGS) -DALSA_BUILD -D__KERNEL__ CPP=@CPP@ $(CPPFLAGS) -M -D__DEPEND__ -DALSA_BUILD -D__KERNEL__ And now it says: CC=@CC@ $(CFLAGS) $(CPPFLAGS) -DALSA_BUILD -D__KERNEL__ ifeq (1, $(CONFIG_ISAPNP)) CC+= -D__ISAPNP__ endif CPP=@CPP@ $(CPPFLAGS) -M -D__DEPEND__ -DALSA_BUILD -D__KERNEL__ I'm sure there's a better way to do this, by putting the condition in for automake to use, rather than make. Still, it works now :) Well, actually, for my card, it doesn't. But that's in another message; titled "ISAPNP on es18xx" -- Paul Evans (1st Year Maths & CompSci at Pembroke College, Cambridge, England) pe...@ca... (university) ne...@fr...
