[Alsa-user] configure script

When the configure script runs, should all the answers be yes?

I am getting a compile error when I do the make install.

Something about parse error before dma_addr_t

What I noticed is that when the configure script runs, it says 

checking for dma_addr_t ... no

What is that and how do I fix it?
