Thanks But when I try imladris:/home/m8ram# lsof emu10k1 I get: lsof: status error on emu10k1: No such file or directory So I ran locate emu10k1 which resulted in: /etc/emu-tools/emu10k1.conf /etc/emu-tools/emu10k1.conf.orig /lib/modules/2.6.8-1-686/kernel/drivers/input/gameport/emu10k1-gp.ko /lib/modules/2.6.8-1-686/kernel/sound/oss/emu10k1 /lib/modules/2.6.8-1-686/kernel/sound/oss/emu10k1/emu10k1.ko /lib/modules/2.6.8-1-686/kernel/sound/pci/emu10k1 /lib/modules/2.6.8-1-686/kernel/sound/pci/emu10k1/snd-emu10k1.ko /lib/modules/2.6.8-1-686/kernel/sound/pci/emu10k1/snd-emu10k1-synth.ko But running lsof on these files returns nothing, grepping the output of lsof for emu doesn't reveal anything. Anything else I can try?
