Dear Sunita, The main() and END_OF_MAIN() approach under win32 definitely has a WndProc, but in a different thread context. The better to do is with win_set_window(). However it is reported that win_set_msg_hook_proc() was in Allegro 4.2.0.b4, but personally yet not checked. So AJ is requested to help in this regard. I've a post from AJ here: --- aj <aj@...> wrote: > Date: Thu, 08 Jun 2006 05:27:01 +1000 > From: aj <aj@...> > To: Main discussion list for the game programming library Allegro <all...@li...> > Subject: Re: [AL] Retrieving Windows Messages > > Muhammad Hasnain wrote: > >>> Muhammad Hasnain wrote: > >>> > > > > > >>> For a Win32 application written using Allegro's > >>> > >> main() > >> > >>> and END_OF_MAIN() approach, what is the best way > >>> > >> to > >> > >>> retrieve Windows Messages destining to WndProc > of > >>> Allegro's Window? > >>> > > > > --- aj <aj@...> wrote: > > > > > >> win_set_msg_hook_proc() > >> > > > > I've tried to find out the detail about > > win_set_msg_hook_proc() in allegro documentation, > > includes, sources; but unfortunately failed. > > You are requested to help in this regard. > > > > Good Luck Allegro! > > > > > you did not find it ? > must have been something i added.. > i have a modified allegro 4.2.0.b4 > that has that func, (simply replaces > /src/win/wwnd.c and /include/winalleg.h) > > which version of allegro are you using ? __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
