You can get all the infos on FPS2D / F2DMAP at: (There's also online documentation there) http://come.to/dn3 --------------------------- FPS2D v1.4: What's new: Version 1.4: - Added 'map tags'. Now it's a lot easier to insert jumps inbetween maps, etc. - The maps have two versions now. The old version, and the new one. This version can still read the old maps. - Added a tile stretcher. It's useful if you want to scale tiles to a specific dimension. - EX8 no longer works for some odd reason?! - Made a MAKEFILE! :) - Fixed a few minor "bugs". - Fixed the copy routine! Now it really does work! :) - Modified both save routines a little bit - Fixed some bugs in the object routines F2DMAP v1.5: Introduction: --- This is my new GUI editor for FPS2D. All of the great functionality is still here, but now the map editor is easier to use than ever! Features: --- - Supports the following resolutions: 320x200, 640x480, 800x600 - Supports the following color depths: 8, 15, 16 - Auto conversion of tile textures / palettes between color depths - A GUI interface! (Finally) - Tiles can be any defined width or height (Be careful when using this in XY Mode) - Uses only one config file! - Supports new and old map packs - Now supports "tile tags" - The editor now has tile wraping! Get it here: http://come.to/dn3 (GeoCities) or http://dn3.webjump.com (WebJump) ... Hope you people have fun with it! =) >From <all...@ca...> Sun Oct 31 16:19:48 1999 Received: from mtiwmhc03.worldnet.att.net [204.127.131.38] by canvaslink.com with ESMTP (SMTPD32-4.06) id A27193C019C; Sun, 31 Oct 1999 16:19:45 -0400 Received: from nickk ([12.79.189.191]) by mtiwmhc03.worldnet.att.net (InterMail v03.02.07.07 118-134) with ESMTP id <19991031211836.ETCD20426@nickk> for <al...@ca...>; Sun, 31 Oct 1999 21:18:36 +0000 From: "Nick Kochakian" <ni...@wo...> To: <al...@ca...> Subject: [AL] Announce: Linux FPS2D v1.3 Date: Sun, 31 Oct 1999 16:15:58 -0500 X-MSMail-Priority: Normal X-Priority: 3 X-Mailer: Microsoft Internet Mail 4.70.1162 MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Message-Id: <19991031211836.ETCD20426@nickk> Precedence: bulk Sender: all...@ca...
