Hi, Just to make certain again, since it's gotten a little fuzzy in the last couple of messages: Are RLE sprites transparent? If so, is there a way to draw them opaquely? Also, what about compiled sprites? See, I'm writing a tile-based map system, and some of the tiles _must_ be opaque. I'm using plain BITMAPs currently, and I need a slight speed-up (can anyone give me an estimate of how much faster RLE sprites and compiled sprites are in comparison with BITMAPs?).
