Marcus, I don't think there is "hybrid AP" available that can operate both ARLAN 900 and 802.11b. Protocols, firmware and Chanset are all different. What we did here was to upgrade one area at a time, which will also mean that you need to get new 802.11b Handhelds for this particular area. BTW putting an ARLAN 630-900 and 802.11b should work just fine since both operate on different frequencies. The only good thing now with the old ARLAN is that you don't have to worry about 802.11b security flaws.
