What version of firmware is in the AP? Which draft of 802.1x is the AP supporting? Earlier firmware supported draft 8, the 4.25.xx branch supports draft 10. If your AP is set for draft 8 and your client card is using draft 10 - there will be...trouble. 4.23 firmware I believe was still draft 8 by default.
