it depends on the knowledge the consultant has on Adempiere and on the
subject (i.e. processes of the company) to be implemented.
Imagine you are implementing an ERP, with the difference that you don't pay
fees for licences. All the other constraints remain: you have to carry out
the project as if it were a normal ERP implementation.
