Reborn

I've changed the web site. Now it's much more simpler but ugly. If somebody has a better idea (and time enought to mantaint it) let me know.

I were researching into 3D graphics and game engines. I learned a lot about 3D space, vectors and OpenGL and I started to code a 3D game to test the 3D renderer I'll use at A3DGE. I'll release it "when it's done" (I hope earlier than "Dunke Nukem Forever" though ;^)).... read more

A good new, a bad new...

Today, I have two news: a good new and a bad new. Both them are related with my new job. I start with the good one.

As I said in May, I'm working in my own company. The first job I have is the development of a professional computer game. I can't talk a lot about this game since it's a secret project, but this week I was looking for pieces of code to use on this new project. This way I've found a 3D engine I wrote some years ago. It is a very simple engine, but is near to be complete, so I can reuse a lot of it in the A3DGE's graphic engine. Now, I'm working in it and may be I have a demo game soon... I mean two or tree months...... read more

News and apologies

Wow! A lot of time since the last update!

I'm sure you're angry because I didn't worked with the project, don't you? Well, I was working on A3DGE, and I have a good explanation about the delay. Keep reading, please.

Last months my life changed a lot. I've ceased my old job and I started with the bureaucracy to create my own development company. So I was too busy.

About A3DGE, I was working in an old engine I did last year. It's a voxel engine. In the while, I wrote an article about voxels published at the 14th issue of the Pixelate magazine. I'll use this voxel engine (named VoxRend) to write the demo games. It isn't a 6DOF engine, but it works.... read more

Question:

I do not understand how the 'Activity percentile' works. That is:

- Some days I do some work on the project, as web updating, trove categorization, add news, forum messages... But the percentile is 0%.

- Some days I do not do nothing... and percentile is 29% !!!!

Somebody knows why?

Ready... GO!!!

I've created two task/subprojects. This way you'll see how the project grows and what we're doing.

I'l try to update the home site this afternoon and send the second 'news issue' and add more info about these subprojects.

Yeah! The January 24th, our web site breaks the 1000 visits per month wall.

I'm very happy!

Thanks!
