[A-A-P-develop] FYI: building KDE

Just FYI, here's my AAP files for building KDE. They depend on my earlier 
:ltlib patches. The division of labour is as follows: local.aap sets 
variables related to the way KDE is installed on my system. libtool.aap is 
support for libtool. kde.aap is more KDE-specific, and also the part I'm 
least pleased with, mainly because of the ugly rules and that I'm not sure 
that moc and _skel and _stub generation really works right. To be on the safe 
side I've thrown in lots of :do's when one file depends on another (that 
won't rebuild stuff if its not needed, will it?). Finally, main.aap shows a 
recipe for a few programs and a libtool library.
