Parametric analysis is often needed for exploring design options, especially when a global optimization method is not available, or the optimization result is in doubt. Parametric analysis can also be applied to all design variables simultaneously, which forms an exhaustive search that, providing that the search grid is fine enough, will guarantee a global optimum solution. In order to perform complex parametric analyses on multiple parameters with more than a handful of alternative values each, a tool to generate commands for the simulation model to run, and to collect results afterwards will be needed. jEPlus has been developed as such a parametric tool for EnergyPlus. nmrshiftdb2 is a NMR database (web database) for organic structures and their nuclear magnetic resonance (nmr) spectra. It allows for spectrum prediction (13C, 1H and other nuclei) as well as for searching spectra, structures and other properties. The nmrshiftdb2 software is open source, the data is published under an open content license. The core of nmrshitdb2 are fully assigned spectra with raw data and peak lists (we have pure peak lists as well). Those datasets are peer reviewed by a board of reviewers. The project is supported by a scientific advisory board. nmrshiftdb2 is part of the NFDI4Chem initiative (https://nfdi4chem.de/) and will provide a component for a curated repository there. Please consult the documentation for more detailed information.

mzMatch is a Java collection of small commandline tools specific for metabolomics MS data analysis. The tools are built on top of the PeakML core library, providing mass spectrometry specific functionality and access to the PeakML file format.

Simple java classes implementing basic concepts of relations as defined in set theory. A relation is a set of ordered pairs. A relation can have properties, including that it is reflexive, symmetric, or transitive. The classes enable some ordered pairs to be stated, and will deduce all the other related ordered pairs implied by the relation's properties. There are implementations of transitive, reflexive-and-transitive, and symmetric-reflexive-and-transitive (equivalence) relations using hash sets and tree sets. The current version (0.1) has been tested but not substantially used. Feedback from use in the field will be welcomed, as will offers of collaboration to improve the deduction algorithms.
