The beamer class is focused on producing (on-screen) presentations, along with support material such as handouts and speaker notes. Content is created in a frame environment, each of which can be divided up into a number of slides (actual output pages). A simple 'action' notation is used to specify which material appears on each slide within a frame. The class supports a range of environments to enable complex slide relationships to be constructed. The appearance of slides is controlled by a template system. Many of the elements of slides can be adjusted by setting simple key-based values in the preamble. More complex changes can be implemented by altering specific, targeted definitions without needing to rewrite entire blocks of code. This allows a variety of visual appearances to be selected for the same content source.

NvChad is a neovim config written in lua aiming to provide a base configuration with very beautiful UI and blazing fast start time (around 0.02 secs ~ 0.07 secs). We tweak UI plugins such as telescope, nvim-tree etc well to provide an aesthetic UI experience. Lazy loading is done 93% of the time meaning that plugins will not be loaded by default, they will be loaded only when required also at specific commands, events etc. This lowers the start time and it was like 0.07~ secs tested on an old Pentium machine 1.4ghz + 4gb ram & HDD. NvChad is supposed to be used with its starter config, so nvchad main repo ( this repo ) can be imported as a plugin via lazy's import feature and then you can easily use this repo's modules like autocmds etc.

Roact is a declarative view management library for Roblox that is similar to Facebook’s React. You can use Roact to create dynamic graphical user interfaces in Roblox games. Combine with Rodux for optimal syncing with game data when creating GUIs. Roact has many similarities with React: it exposes an API much like React’s, implements nearly identical semantics, and is made out of elements.

VimTeX is a modern Vim and Neovim filetype and syntax plugin for LaTeX files. VimTeX requires Vim version 8.2.3995 or Neovim version 0.9.5. The requirements were updated in April 2024 after the release of VimTeX 2.15. If you are stuck on older versions of Vim or Neovim, then you should not use the most recent version of VimTeX, but instead remain at the v2.15 tag.

The Lua language server provides various language features for Lua to make development easier and faster. With around half a million installs on Visual Studio Code, it is the most popular extension for Lua language support. The language server can be installed for use in Visual Studio Code, NeoVim, and any other clients that support the Language Server Protocol. The language server can be configured using a configuration file. The language server and Visual Studio Code client can be installed from the VS Code Marketplace. Check the wiki for a guide to install the language server for use on the command line. This allows the language server to be used with other clients that follow the language server protocol.
