Instance metadata is data about your instance that you can use to configure or manage the running instance. Instance metadata is divided into categories, for example, hostname, events, and security groups. You can also use instance metadata to access user data that you specified when launching your instance. For example, you can specify parameters for configuring your instance, or include a simple script. You can build generic AMIs and use user data to modify the configuration files supplied at launch time. For example, if you run web servers for various small businesses, they can all use the same generic AMI and retrieve their content from the Amazon S3 bucket that you specify in the user data at launch. To add a new customer at any time, create a bucket for the customer, add their content, and launch your AMI with the unique bucket name provided to your code in the user data. If you launch more than one instance at the same time, the user data is available to all instances.

PHOR helps you organizing, analyzing and presenting your collections of photos, videos etc. PHOR is particularly useful for complementing geolocation. This is a simple GUI tool to handle JPG metadata like EXIF and IPTC/XMP keywords and dates according to my needs. Vue Meta is a Vue.js plugin that allows you to manage your app's metadata. It is inspired by and works similar as react-helmet for react. However, instead of setting your data as props passed to a proprietary component, you simply export it as part of your component's data using the meta info property. Based on tool "Image Tagger", adapted for stock photo agencies - handles multiple keywords as a long string with separator, Title and Description which can be automatically recognized by stock photo agencies. Corrects modification date file's attribute using original EXIF metadata "camera taken date" timestamp tag. Organizes photo files in folder structure (e.g. with dates in folder name) and changes their file's name using configurable template. Modification date file's attribute changes during write operation like rotation of images in Windows preview application. This might be anoying if you like to have your photos sorted. You can revert date of your images to original "camera taken date" timestamp working on original files or creating new ones in templated folder structure with templated new names.
