FRS: Primary download selector missing file options

It's still not working correctly, although it's better:

• I am trying to setup primary download for Windows, (although it's not specific to it), so I select Project Admin -> Downloads -> Create/Edit Download Page

• I select Windows (Create) from the popup, click on the "Add a primary file download" link, popup window "Add Primary File/Select file" appears

• however, the ONLY file available in the WHOLE popup is gemrb-0.3.0-linux_i386.tar.gz . No other files are there, even though I opened all the expanders. Not even the 0.5.0 version already selected as a default download. Only this one file.

Additionally, if I select 'Files' from the main menu, the list contains link to gemrb-0.5.0_Win32.zip . However, clicking on the link I get

Error 500
