New file releases not visible; First release is primary download.

Description

I uploaded a new file release (1.8) yesterday.
The release is not showing in the all files section.
Additionally, the primary download is stuck at the 1.0 release.

Sorry about this ticket, I see that this has been a common problem since the new SF came out. Feel free to close and ignore.

There is currently an issue with the File Release System (#1704). We are aware of it, and expect to have it resolved in the next 4 to 6 hours. Please check our site status page for updates. If you experience any further issues please don't hesitate to open a new ticket.
