Ticket #16343 (closed: fixed)
Trouble with bazaar repository versioning
|Reported by:||d3jake||Owned by:||burley|
Upon trying to make a commit of my project to my bazaar repository, I get the following message:
C:\CodeBlocks\syzygy>bzr push bzr+ssh://firstname.lastname@example.org/bzrroot/odf/syzygy
Connected (version 1.99, client OpenSSH_5.3)
SSH d3jake@… password:
Authentication (password) successful!
Secsh channel 1 opened.
Doing on-the-fly conversion from RepositoryFormat2a() to RemoteRepositoryFormat(_network_name='Bazaar pack repository format 1 (needs bzr 0.92)\n').
This may take some time. Upgrade the repositories to the same format for better performance.
bzr: ERROR: RemoteRepository(bzr+ssh://email@example.com/bzrroot/odf/.bzr/) is not compatible with CHKInventoryRepository('file:///C:/CodeBlocks/syzygy/.bzr/repository/') different rich-root support
This has only been tested with Bazaar version 2.1.1 on Windows XP, however it has been attempted on that remote branch, as well as the repository of the odfsyzygy project.
I have been told that I could attempt to upgrade the remote tree, as my local branch is being reported on version 2a, however I didn't want to monkey with it, and possibly loose my revision hostory, or something...
