GenoViz provides software applications and re-usable components for data visualization and data sharing in genomics. Our main products are

* Integrated Genome Browser (IGB)
* GenoViz SDK

For more information about IGB, visit https://bioviz.org. Source code for IGB is available from https://bitbucket.org/lorainelab/integrated-genome-browser.

For more information about GenoViz SDK, visit https://bitbucket.org/lorainelab/genoviz-sdk. Javadocs for GenoViz SDK are available at https://bioviz.org.

Source code for the project was hosted here for many years. In 2014, we moved to a new git repository at Bitbucket. We are still using SourceForge to distribute new releases of IGB as compiled code you can use to run IGB on your computer. Click the "Files" link to download the latest version for your operating system.

Computing infrastructure in predefined or custom machine sizes to accelerate your cloud transformation. General purpose (E2, N1, N2, N2D) machines provide a good balance of price and performance. Compute optimized (C2) machines offer high-end vCPU performance for compute-intensive workloads. Memory optimized (M2) machines offer the highest memory and are great for in-memory databases. Accelerator optimized (A2) machines are based on the A100 GPU, for very demanding applications.

  • Great project!
  • IGB actually has lots of export features that make publication-quality figures. You can export many image types, including PDF, EPS, PNG and more. See the Who Uses IGB section of the Manual (wiki.transvar.org/confluence/x/kYEHAQ) for great examples!
