Though 352x240 and 352x288 MPEG-2 dont comform DVD standard, de facto they are accepted by existing programs (TMPGEnc DVD Author, dvdauthor). So, we support them too.

Accurately, those resolutions are for MPEG-1 only. See "DVD Demystified", Table A.12.
