    Hi, I want to compare 3 different tissue samples (cancer tissue, its paired normal tissue and blood) for any somatic changes and apply Varscan 2 to detect any shared/de novo CNVs between blood and normal, normal and cancer, and blood and cancer tissue. Is there a way to analyze the CNVs among all these 3 tissues at once in a single protocol? Would a trio analysis be suitable for that? I'd greatly appreciate any help. Thanks in advance,
