I can confirm that after Windows update 2026-08 - KB5121003 (26100.9168) the issue is gone.
I'm hitting the same issue. Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (26100.8894). VeraCrypt 1.26.24, later upgraded to 1.26.29 (both 64-bit). The warnings started on 1.26.24 and are still there after upgrading, so it isn't a VeraCrypt-version issue. Antivirus: ESET (third-party); pausing its protection makes no difference.
