[UPDATE]. Solved!! It was actually because I made a stupid mistake! I should have put the VeraCrypt Portable 1.26.7.exe in the same folder as the .sig file. I am sorry.... How do I delete this post. I followed every step on the documentation to verify the PGP signature, and got the message "Invalid signature" back from Gpg4win. Please see the screen shot attached.
