I also am experiecing this issue as of 11/30/17: 7-Zip 16.04 [64-bit], Windows 10 Pro Version 1709 (Build 16299.64) I also tried the beta build, 7-Zip 17.01 [64-bit] with the same exact result. My computer is a Lenovo Y50 (59425944) with the above softwares installed. Exactly as described by Dom Anf, if there is no horizontal scroll bar or when it is slid all the way to the right, there is no issue. Only if the scroll bar is all the way to the left or somewhere in between does the bug occur.
