    If you are referring to the import utility, that will only work on text based files. Neither rtf or pdf are text files but there are some utilities that can convert files to text. One such utility is mentioned in the help for pdf conversion.     OpenSong Import(OSI) allows you to import files that are not in OpenSong format into your OpenSong song folder (Windows only). If you have downloaded a song from CCLI then OpenSong will not recognise it, but OSI should be able to convert/import it for you. There should be a help file in the download zip folder (OSI.chm).
