Yes, it is possible to add any new language by creating the files in the locale folder, as the system looks for this folder based on the language selected during installation. I recommend performing the translation and sending it to us so it can be included in PowerTools updates.

Kernel updates are handled by Canonical via Ubuntu. When we migrate to 26.04, kernel 7.2 will likely be the standard. We are already working on this.

You need to reset your key. You must delete it before reinstalling via the slui app. If you haven't deleted it, you need to contact Windows support for a manual reset.
