Thanks a lot for your interest on LinkDir script. All files are required. Just make sure those are in the root directory. The folders are already arranged and nothing to do extra. A quick setup video is here New version (v-2.x) is has included easy installation wizard. So you just have to upload the mail files in the root folder. LinkDir contains documentation and main folder. You will need to upload main folder and move all the files to the root directory. In most cases it is called public_html....
