I feel like this is a issue on my end since I've seen people with it, maybe I'm missing it's point but I'll ask just in case. When I try to run "VeraCrypt /v \Device\Harddisk1\Partition1 /m label=Test" it doesn't push the label argument at all as the drive label doesn't appear in mount options nor on the drive itself on Windows. I know labels work on full drive encryptions, so that's not a reason. Anyone have this issue? Any way to fix it?
