hi I was trying to delete a template that was attached /connected to an incident, I didn't know deleting it would also delete all the incidents that was using the template.. is there away to restore the deleted incidents witjout having to make a full backup recovery of a whole working day? please help

Hi, I was trying to modify (adding Serial Number) for a number of Functional CIs by uploading the data in CSV file, sometimes it does work but mostly it tends to create a new item instead of modifying the existing one. Can you please help me what is the primary field that the system read to identify if the Functional CIs is there or not? Thank you Note: I did once download the file as CSV added the serial then reuploaded it , it went to create new functionalCIs

is the idea is to create a new profile or configure the service itself? or customize the organization? and thank you for your answer..

Good day ! I was wondering if it is possible to create a service and make it available to one team if I have many organizations. That one team can only see requests to that service only and cannot see any other requests. i tried making the team in one organization and the team can either see all the requests or can't see any requests even if it was dispatched to that team.. the parent/child organization setup didn't work as it needed.

I have a user that can not choose the service if the ticket is different from the organization he is in. Even though he can see it with tickets from his same orgnization. I tried to create a team and add him in both but that didn't fix the issue. I also tried to make the other organization the child of the one that shows the services it did not fix the issue. Is there anything else that could cause this?

But at the same time the profile should not be able to add any CIs or upload CSV data. What I tried to do is I took a copy of configuration manager XML and created a new extension and a new profile. I was able to hide New CIs form the configuration management tab by defining a the class lnkfunctionalci/contact in the profile, now I need to hide the administration...
