I've been using Titan Panel for about a month and this issue only popped up yesterday for me. I use vanilla unit frames and I move them to the center of the screen. Titan Panel caused them to reset back to the top left every time I started the game or reloaded my UI. Had to disable Titan Panel until this is fixed.
