Hi, Just wanted to update. The 3.72.2 version of the app seems to have resolved the Options reset issue. Yeah! It hasn't happened in several weeks so I feel like it is resolved. The font issue still remains. I see the 3.73.0 version is out. I'll install that and see if all is fine. Thanks for all the help! It IS very much appreciated.

Hi, I am the only user of my machine. I do have a old machine I can boot up to see what happens. I'll let you know. I have confirmed the pwsafe.cfg is getting written when I change the font and that it is still correct in the config file. The application is not honoring the change for this. It is only in the Tree/List view this is incorrect. Add/Edit, Notes field and password field font changes are honored. Saw 3.72.02 out. Installed as Green. It still loses the options and the Tree/List font is always reset to Calibri on reload. I have not yet found any commonality or actions that could trigger this. I think the font reset is separate from the Options reset as the font reset happens always on reload while the Options reset doesn't happen that often and not necessarily on reload.

Hi, Sorry, I didn't post a screenshot. I just noticed that I didn't mention earlier that I install the software as Green On Disk rather than using the registry. I don't know if that makes any difference.

Hi, Ok, I installed the pwsafe64-3.72.2pre5.exe file as instructed. I just saw this during the install, I always use the Green install (on disk). I don't use the registry install at all. I haven't for years.

It just happened. The DB was unlocked on my W11 PC. I clicked Browse to URL, it opened the URL, then I clicked CTRL-V to paste the password and the paste buffer was empty. I checked the Options and they were reset. I had been using it all morning logging into financial accounts doing end-of-month stuff. So it happened during use. I wasn't doing anything unusual. Using Application: Password Safe V3.72

I created the new DB on Wednesday. Created new, dragged the groups over to the new DB. Verified all the data was there including shortcuts and password policies. Weird, I loaded it the next morning and it found errors, it converted all of my shortcuts into entries with no passwords. It also removed all of the password policies I had built. So, I had to recreate them all. It has not glitched since Wednesday, so, fingers crossed.
