Your command have syntax error. All switch needed "-" before symbol. Read 7-zip help, chapter User's Guide for command line version , then Commands and Switches sections. Also needed use -r switch. Так и без неё на этом файле и только в данном расположении падало. Естественно предположить дисковую ошибку.
