Your command have syntax error. All switch needed "-" before symbol. Read 7-zip help, chapter User's Guide for command line version , then Commands and Switches sections. Also needed use -r switch. Try command 7z e "F:\!driver\Sound\Realtek\Realtek High Definition Audio 6.0.9235.1 FF00 WHQL win 10 and 11 x64 only.7z" -r 9235\* -oC:\Temp\Audio

chkdsk /f/r/v ошибок не нашёл, буду искать причины дальше - интересно что вызывает столь необычный сбой?
