Hi, just wanted some feedback on what is rhe best option for: is it advisable to keep container on usb drive or mac laptop for most security? I only view on the mac laptop but had orginally thoight if someone puts malware on the mac thats why its better on usb Is it more safe to use password manager like lastpass or store passwords on word file inwide VC container? Hi, I've been using Veracrypt for many years now and its been great. I keep the program installed on my mac and keep the container on a pen drive. I regularly back up the pen drive with the container to another pen drive and store that safely. I just wonder if I really need to go to this level and if it may be easier just to create an encrypted disk image on my mac to store my sensitive files there instead of VC. Then it gets autmatically backed up with time machine. Would appreciate any views/comments...

Hi, I have the Veracrypt application on my desktop and I keep the container on a pen drive. But I'm thinking this will be a lot easier if I just keep the container on the laptop as well. Can I just copy the container file to the laptop and it is a secure as before? Or do I have to make a new container on the laptop and just copy the files over? Thanks!

Hi, Installed Mac OS Monterrey and when launching Veracrypt get the following error message: kext load failed: -603947007 mount_osxfuse: the file system is not available (255) It was working fine until I did this OS upgrade. What should I do?
