Thank you Mounir IDRASSI. You pretty much confirmed what I suspected. I do keep my Windows and trusted software up to date, I am leery of cloud based antimalware software though. I just can't imagine all of the files I access, or even are just on my computer going through someone else's server whether for legitimate, target marketing, or just spying on me. Thanks Robert and Simon, I have used Renamer before for cleaning up file names in my music library, it is also an excellent program. Thanks for the suggestion. It will easily remove the leading zeros.

Hi, My file pattern to save converted or ripped files is <albumartist>\<album>\<disc><track> <title><br> Everything works fine, but is it possible to supress the <disc> pattern if it is "0" (zero)? <br> My multi disc CDs properly list track numbers as 101, 102 and 201, 202, but the single CDs list as 001, 002, etc.<br> Not a big deal, but if it is possible, can you tell me how?<br> Thanks!</p></title></disc></album></albumartist>

Hello, I want to rip my CDs to an SSD for future use in my car. I have a few questions. From what I read, FLAC is lossless at all compression levels, the only issue being processor usage. Is this correct? From what I read, CUE Sheets point to all the tracks in the CUE and play them as on the original source (CD) (respects gaps or gapless). Is this correct? The default folder for my ripped files is d:\FlacMUSIC. If I have fre:ac create a CUE file, it goes into that folder, not the subfolder of the...
