Forgot to say, Windows 10 64 pro, Outlook CalDav Synchronizer 3.8.0.0, Outlook 2013. The two outlook accounts are exchange accounts, office 365 and hotmail.
Unchanged contacts show as changed when synching with google.

Thank you for investigating. For what it's worth, I noticed that the weekly and daily RRULE entries do not get changed to BYSETPOS during sync, only the monthly RRULE. Not sure why monthly should be different. The difference appears to be that in the intact .ics the line for frequency reads: RRULE:FREQ=MONTHLY;BYDAY=1TH in the broken one it reads RRULE:FREQ=MONTHLY;BYDAY=TH;BYSETPOS=1

Was glad to find it wasn't just me. With the cleartype workaround it renders faster than it has since I began using it, though the transition speed has made it unusable since the creators update. Hoping to hear good news on this soon.
