Okay I know what the problem was as I have 2 computers and it didn't occur to me till now. In 1080p resolution it works great and fps looks just fine speed and all and also what I originally wanted. However, I didn't realize the other computer was at 1440p and that's where I noticed a fps dip. So that was my fault when I tested it and not my other computer. I plan on running this at 1080p resolution on the other computer and so far its perfect on my TV. Very nice :). So not sure if anyone else tried...

Ok, there seems to be some FPS slow down from what I can tell on my end so not sure if its me or the changes on the game. I have a 3080 and drivers are up to date. I can't capture the fps to see by how much. I'm guessing this is to be expected from the changes but other than that so far so good.

Awesome! Thank you so much helping to solve this issue. I'm grateful for the time invested it means a lot. I'm going to test it out right now! I'm on Windows 10 so if I experience anything weird i'll report it.

Thank you so much for looking into it, if that bar + window box could be removed somehow when keeping the aspect ratio it would be perfect. I can deal with it atm as it is working fullscreen now for me which is great. I hope this can be resolved fully and look forward to any updates to this. Thanks again for looking into it and the help <3

I have used it many times in the past but recently I tried it on the fan made demake of Megaman 7 (Rockman 7) on PC. I've tried everything I could think of to try to make this game go fullscreen at 1080p or fullscreen at all. I've searched for possible solutions and different ways and haven't had any luck yet. I was able to get the Fan demake of Rockman 8 to be fullscreen with DxWnd and works...
