    need ability to set the H5T char cset to UTF8 - LabVIEW wants to keep string as a ASCII which is incompatible with the software that will eventually read the HDF5 file. LVHDF5 offers this feature through their H5Tset_cset.vi - I would rather stick with h5labview as it is faster and LVHDF5 gets confused running in 64 bit LV.
