Where are the installation instructions? If any?

Unfortunately our email is hosted via a cloud based service so there are some firewall requirements.. We just need to know if there is any special ports or processes we have to do to get this working.

Where can I find the instructions of what has to be open on our firewalls or any special settings to get our email notification to start to work on iTOP

As your previous note was also very vague you stated that I should have checked the ADVANCED MODE button. Then sent me a link that has very little information on it as to what I can and cannot do in Advanced mode. It basically adds a field called PRIMARY KEY which I know in a database it basically a field to link tables. I tried several options on that one field (changing the field that the SERVICE->PROVIDER could be outside of the actual field called SERVICE->PROVIDER I even tried changing it to...

Ok... I tried to rename the fields to no avail. What am I missing here? This should be straight forward and just work. I am copying the exact services subcategories that are already in the system for my 2nd company... there should be no issues with this import.

I am trying to add the SAME Service Subcategories to my iTOP for my secondary company and all I get is the same error per line... what can I do to get this import to work correctly? I exported the current list then changed the Service->Provide Name value to the secondary company name (made sure it completely matched) but for each line I get the following error: "Issue: ambiguous reconciliation" How can I resolve this?

I am trying to recreate actual service Subcateorgies for the Service Families and Services I have already created for my 2nd company.. they match the ones for my first company. HOWEVER, When I run the export from the existing list so I can match then up, the Service->Provider Name is the name of my first company...
