I see that in -listxml output for AdvanceMAME 3.6 there are no <disk> entries for the following games: jojo jojoba sfiii sfiii2 sfiii3 warzard I am surprised these are not required, the games are obviously working anyway. Is there a story about why, and how the games wrok without them?
I can't find information (probably because I am not looking in the right place?) about which version of the CHD code AdvanceMAME uses. Should I keep CHDs in the old version 3, or update them to version 4 (used from MAME v0.130u1) or 5 (used from MAME v0.145u1)? references: http://mamedev.org/releases/whatsnew_0131.txt http://mamedev.org/releases/whatsnew_0146.txt

I noticed in the -listxml output of AdvanceMAME 3.6 that for the set gt103ab one of the roms are named "history-geog." - yes with a dot ending the filename! There is a "history-geog" (without dot!) in the gt102c2 set too. This seems lika a very strange file name to me, I am not sure it is even possible to create a filename ending with a dot under many operating systems. Is it a mistake in AdvanceMAME, an error inherited from main MAME or perhaps something ingenious that I am missing? <game name="gt103ab"...
