Win32 Disk Imager
Version 0.9.5 would launch with an error, "An error occurred while querying the properties. This usually means something is currently accessing the device; please close all applications and try again. Error 1: Incorrect function." But version 1.0.0 doesn't show anything on launch. Just totally broken. I am using SoftPerfect RAM Disk (64 bit) and AnyDVD if that has anything to do with why the app no longer works.
