Change require_native flag for streams to allow specifying the specific conversion types that need to be native. Indicate an empty list with NONE explicitly in the rigctld protocol.

Fix compiler warnings

Add rig model full data streaming capabilities to dump_caps command response, the stream_caps gives capabilities available for the particular session and conf settings in use. Add missing flags and tx_horizon_ms to stream_caps response. Clean up data streaming subsystem structs and field types. Minor fixes.

Express stream channel counts as a list instead of a range to keep caps more consistent. Rename 'max' to 'max_streams' in stream_caps to state the actual meaning of the value. Print out conversions in stream_* rigctld TCP command responses as conversion stage names instead of a numeric bitmask to keep the format more readable.

Fix some remaining build warnings in tests. Attempt to make rigctl daemon startup more robuts during tests, also printing out its log in case of failures. Make acutest test suite running/documentation more generic (it's meant for all kinds of tests).
