    Hi, I recently upgraded on my mac from an old version to 2.0.3. I no longer see an option to modify column headers -- my pw list columns are limited to Title, Username, and URL. Was the column header option moved or removed? Thanks in adavnce! Bonus question: how does one upload an image to posts? I see code for referencing uploaded images, but not the upload functionality.
