You might also consider having three themes. The more I use it, the more I kinda like it. I've seen other software have a Light, Dark, and Windows Native option in themes.
I'm not sure how to reopen a Ticket, so I thought I'd just leave a message here in case you don't get a notification for posts on Tickets. The PNGQuant error doesn't seem to have been resolved in the latest version.
This has this gray titlebar. Before, I would have the sytem titlebar, which on my system is purple. For example (in a different app)
The problem dosn't seem to be fixed in the latest version. I still got the same error when I attempted to run PNGQuant. I still had to replace it with the official version. I'm not quite sure how to reopen a ticket here.
Not a huge fan of the color change. Is there any way you could add an option to use teh system color, or at least give us a setting to pick the background color and whether the text is white or black?
pngquant seemingly broken
Confirmed on my end with the test images I have. Images were not deleted, and resulting images were still animated. BTW, is there any way to force FileOptimizer to do an immediate update check? I had to sit there and wait for some seconds before it told me that my version was outdated. (I optimize as frequently as I used to.) Most programs I know either have an update check button, menu item, or will automatically run a check when you open the About dialog.
Still, all programs should probably use the option that tells them to fail if the result is larger than the input. And if a program lacks such an option, it would be good if you'd check instead. No one optimizing a file wants a result that's larger than the original. Also, where is the changelog so I can see if I want to update yet?
