So now my Equalizer APO works fine.
Sorry guys! I did a bit more checking and discovered that the devices had gotten new ID's and then they wouldn't work. So this was not related to a big change in Windows after all. So sorry for not checking through. I just had forgotten how APO worked. My setup: https://i.imgur.com/rkx9sAG.png so the devices could maybe be moved to this front screen or Editor could warn us that there are missing devices when we open Editor to prevent noobs like me from alerting incorrectly? :)
Hi there. I tested with Install as SFX/MFX on both devices and still no changes. I also tried Install original APO on post-mix on both but also no success..
sorry i forgot to test. I'll test after work in a few hour
I have the same problem after updating to Windows 10 august'22 update. I do not have new Realtek drivers installed. EqualizerAPO does not work on both sound cards I have.
Just a heads up. I noticed that EqualizerAPO won't work when Realtek HD Universal Driver is installed (version 6.0.9336.1 tested now). I just uninstalled the driver and now EqualizerAPO works fine.
