I see your concerns though if it would optional then history concerns could be eliminated (sort of). Anyway, the HotKeyEnabler plugin will do for me. Thanks for your time!
How about a feature to automatically fill the last entered keyword to the input box? For example if I entered "ldap" last time, on next time the "ldap" text would be pre-filled when the input comes up, so I should not type it again if I need to access the same data but only need to hit enter. If the text would be selected (highlighted) then it wouldn't do any harm, you could start typing to overwrite the existing string. For me it would be beneficial as I would have to enter the same username/pass...
Great, got it working, thanks for the info.
When clicking on KeePass main menu Help->Check for Updates, in the opening window says "Update check failed" for AutoTypeSearch. Is this a known issue?
Great, thanks! Just discovered this plugin a few days go and already made my life much easier :)
If I don't type anything but hit up or down arrows I get an InvalidArgumentException error dialog box ("SelectedIndex" parameter, Continue or Exit). Plugin version : 0.9 KeePass version: 2.39.1 On Win8.1 and Win10
I know this of course but I don't see any info added to the tabs there appear anywhere in the UI (eg. the Notes panel) when clicking on a group. As I wrote yesterday, the Group Notes appears in a tooltip.
I'm not sure about the side effects - perhaps memory optimization to not to load something that might not be needed? Perhaps such setting would be more straightforward if one could make an entry "sticky", and clicking on a group would load this if enabled. Anyway, thank you for the comments.
