This question should have it's own posting. Your circuit has many issues. Too many to address. You need to simulate each section in isolation and verify each works.

Tube models are available on the diyAudio site as well as dozens of other sites. Tube characteristics in real life vary wildly especially as they age.

I looked for "tlines.cm" but couldn't find it. I get my Windows release from https://github.com/gatk555/ngspice/actions
