    Hi Gho and all, I finally found the issue with inability to use Voice Activated Controls for M1TP2 (and also other games) - The issue lies with Win 10 being over-protective (again). I found on the DWVAC.com forums from the author of DWVAC that Win 10 will block the ability of a program such as DWVAC or SHOOT to pass keystrokes to another program unless the voice program (DWVAC or SHOOT) is "Run As Administrator". So the simple solution is to create a shortcut for your favorite Voice Control Program...

    @Treadhead, I finally got M1TP2 to work in DXWnd in Glide mode using nGlide. I have DXWnd ver 2.05.59, and nGlide version 2.10. Here's what I did: 1) Using CD (or an iso download from Abandonware), install M1TP2 Program to a convenient folder (I used C:\Games\M1TP2) 2) Download and install M1TP2 Patch 1.2 from here: https://www.tanksim.com/download.htm – you will need to point the .exe patch file to the directory in which you installed the game (it defaults to the M1TP2 default install directory,...

    Gho, I often use Voice Activated Controls in simulations like M1TP2 for more realism and ease of control (along with a HOTAS Cougar Joystick and Throttle system). I normally use either SHOOT (https://combatace.com/forums/topic/93618-shoot-voice-command-utility/ ) or DWVAC (http://dwvac.com/ ). Both programs allow you to use Microsoft Voice recognition software to give orders through the microphone which result in keypresses in the game. Profiles are simple .xml files.
