I get the same error on several torrents. All of them were created by magnet2torrent.com and each contains only 1 file. Update: in my case it looks like ctorrent seeks "announce" in the torrent and doesn't find it.

Attaching doesn't seem to work in Firefox. And the Unicode file names in the log are damaged, all non-ASCII letters are replaced with "EF BF BD" sequence. P.S. Sorry, I misread your first reply and didn't mention this earlier. The files are all saved with .fsg extension, as you can see from the log.
