Fixing Aaralon being invisible and missing __((replaces))__.txt (though it hasn't been filled out yet).

- New icons for shirts, back ribbon, back sheath, tops and a few others. Some are really ugly though.

Fixes: positioning guards properly in Creigh that were moved for testing, and updating to new SB2R.ini
